Our team takes pride in our expertise in modular construction, delivering projects with exceptional speed, efficiency, and precision, all while maintaining uncompromising quality. We partner with reputable suppliers to deliver precision-built modules that reduce site disruption, lower costs, and accelerate timelines. It’s a smart solution for clients looking to move quickly without compromising on performance.

Key Benefits

  • Flowchart with a gear icon, interconnected boxes, and a checkmark

    Accelerated Timelines

Modular building shortens construction schedules by allowing site work and off-site fabrication to happen simultaneously.

  • A digital icon representing a hierarchical organizational chart with a central building at the top and connected empty boxes below.

    Minimal Site Disruption

With much of the work completed off-site, modular reduces noise, waste, and disruption at the project location.

    Consistent Quality

Components are manufactured in controlled environments, ensuring high standards and fewer on-site variables.

Modular TImeline

  • 01. Project Planning & Design

    4-8 WEEKS

We define goals, finalize scope and budget, and oversee the development of fully coordinated architectural and engineering drawings integrating both the modular units and the surrounding site.

  • 02. Permitting & Site Prep

6-12 WEEKS (often overlaps with fabrication)

While permits are processed, the site is cleared, graded, and prepped, saving time by running parallel to module construction. All site safety plans are implemented and ready for action.

  • 03. Off-Site Fabrication

    8-16 WEEKS

Modules are built in a climate-controlled facility for consistent quality, unaffected by weather delays. Routine factory walks are performed by the project team to review progress and design accuracy.

  • 04. On-Site Infrastructure

    4-8 WEEKS

Utilities, foundation, and service connections are completed in sync with module production to fast-track delivery.

  • 05. Delivery & Installation

    1-2 WEEKS

Modules are transported and craned into place quickly with minimal disruption, reducing on-site labour and timelines.

  • 06. Final Touches & Turnover

    2-4 WEEKS

Roofing, siding and final interior finishes are completed on site, along with final inspections and quality assurance to wrap up the project and prepare for occupancy.

Our Recent Projects

Modular Construction, Explained

  • Modular construction is a process where building sections—called modules—are constructed off-site in a controlled facility, then transported and assembled on-site. The result is a fully integrated structure that meets the same codes and standards as traditional builds, often in less time.

  • While timelines vary, modular projects are typically completed 30–50% faster than traditional builds. That’s because site work and off-site fabrication happen at the same time, drastically reducing delays.

  • Modular construction can offer cost savings through faster timelines, fewer labour hours on-site, and reduced material waste. While upfront costs may be similar, overall efficiency often leads to long-term savings.

  • Modular buildings can be either. Creo specializes in permanent modular construction—structures that are built to last and meet the same building codes as conventional buildings, with the added bonus of faster delivery and high-quality control.

  • Yes. Every modular building Creo delivers is designed and constructed to meet or exceed all applicable local, provincial, and national building codes and standards, just like traditional construction.
