Smart Building Starts with Responsible Choices
Creo recognizes the responsibility that comes with building for the future. That’s why we prioritize sustainable construction practices that reduce waste, conserve resources, and support long-term environmental health. From early planning to project completion, we seek out thoughtful solutions, including energy-efficient systems, responsible sourcing, and waste diversion. It’s not just about meeting standards, it’s about doing what’s right for the communities we serve and the world we share.
Creo is proudly partnered with Light House as part of their Construction Plastics Initiative pilot project. With large collection bins placed on site, we are able to collect construction packaging, mesh and strapping that Light House then collects, sorts and pelletized for a second life!
In addition, Creo implements a bottle & can recycling program at every site to divert recyclables from the landfill. We proudly match all recycling return revenue throughout the course of construction and donate the earnings back to all school projects.
