CREATING A VITAL SPACE IN AN ACTIVE HEALTHCARE SETTING

In partnership with Vancouver Coastal Health, Creo proudly collaborated to meet an important need within our healthcare community. The Shoreline Room is a brand new extension to St. Paul’s Hospital; a space dedicated to supporting terminally ill patients and their families. The project was completed with a focus on quality, care, and minimal disruption to hospital operations.

Scope of Work:

  • New civil work and foundation tying into existing building

  • New pre-fabricated modular units delivered and installed

  • Cladding, roofing, stairs, hardscape, security fencing and gates

  • Hydraulic lift connected flush with existing hospital for patient transfer

  • Full interior fit-out, custom millwork and upscale finishes

  • Delivered on time in a sensitive, high-traffic environment

This project showcases Creo’s expertise in healthcare construction and our ability to deliver thoughtful, high-quality spaces in complex settings.
