DELIVERING AN INCLUSIVE, COMMUNITY-BASED HEALTHCARE SOLUTION

Santé Ouest is the first healthcare clinic for the British Columbian Francophone Community, representing a milestone in providing culturally relevant and accessible healthcare services to the Francophone population. Designed as a bright and inspiring space, the clinic offers a welcoming environment that promotes both physical and mental well-being. The design focuses on creating a warm, open atmosphere with thoughtful use of colour, and modern, functional spaces that reflect the community's values and needs.

This clinic project was completed on schedule and under budget, opening its doors to offer several services to both French and bilingual patients to ensure seamless communication and support. This project is a testament to Creo’s dedication to building spaces that enhance the quality of life, promote health, and strengthen community bonds.

Scope of Work:

  • Tenant improvement fit-out from full demo to completion

  • Four exam rooms, charting room, meeting rooms, offices, patient washrooms and reception area

  • Infection control finishes and custom millwork throughout
