EXPANDING a LEARNING SPACE AND THE MINDS WITHIN IT

From bid to completion, this project was finished in 10 months. It was carried out in 3 phases, utilizing breaks within the school’s schedule for major on-site activities in an effort to minimize student disruptions.

Despite an extremely accelerated schedule, the building was successfully occupied for the start of the 2023-2024 school year as scheduled. The Creo team managed the entire design process, schedule management and overall construction management as a means to streamline the pre-construction process and hit every project milestone.

SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Six pre-fabricated modular classroom additions, offices, inclusive washrooms, covered breezeway

  • New Garaventa lift installation

  • Base-bulding systems tie-ins: DDC controls, PA system, all civil connections

  • Full site prep and foundations

  • Full interior fit-out including custom millwork and durable finishes

This fast-paced project was a true test of our team’s ability to deliver under pressure—navigating complex logistics with precision, agility, and an unwavering focus on results.
