Expanding learning space with the speed and efficiency of modular construction

Lynn Fripps Elementary School received a much-needed expansion to the existing building - all within a 9-month time frame with the magic of modular. 18 modular units were craned into place, forming 6 new classrooms, a new washroom group, staff offices, two stairwells and electrical & mechanical closets.

Scope of Work:

• Six pre-fabricated modular classroom additions, offices, inclusive washrooms, two spacious stairwells and mechanical/electrical rooms.

• Base-bulding systems tie-ins: DDC controls, Electrical, PA system, all civil connections

• Full site prep and foundations

• Full interior fit-out including custom millwork and durable finishes

• Concrete work including sidewalks, accessible ramps and steps into the school as well as a new parking lot to expand parking capacity for staff and parents.
