Expanding learning space with the speed and efficiency of modular construction

Our Lynn’s Fripps site is well underway, receiving a much-needed expansion to the existing building—all within a 9-month time frame with the magic of modular. 18 modular units were craned into place, forming 6 new classrooms, a new washroom group, staff offices, two stairwells and electrical & mechanical closets.
